REGISTRATION / PAYMENT
Registration and payment options can be found online at SummerAtAIS.org. Payment can be made by check or credit card.
A non-refundable deposit must be submitted for each student with registration information. This deposit will be applied to the final tuition fee.
Application Deposit: $150.00 per camper
Full payment for all weeks is due by Friday, May 25, 2018.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
After May 25, we will not refund payments for course changes or absences due to a change in plans, family vacation, or illness. Makeup courses can be arranged by contacting the Camp Office.
If insufficient enrollment requires the cancellation of a course, all deposits and fees associated with that course will be refunded. Campers enrolled in canceled courses will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds in these cases will be issued in August, to the individual who made original payment. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Receive $25 off each course! Early Bird Rates apply until March 1, 2018. Full payment must be made by this date to receive discount. Discount does not apply to Specialty Camps, Sports Clinics, and Courses for Credit.
Receive 5% discount when enrolling multiple children. The Sibling Discount can be applied to each child after the first and is applied to the enrollments of equal or lesser value. Children must be within your immediate family.
AIS FAMILY DISCOUNT
Students enrolled at The Agnes Irwin School receive a $50 per camp per week discount. This discount will be issued at the end of the camp season.

LATE PICK UP
Fees for late pickup will be assessed for campers who are not picked up 15 minutes past 5:30pm. At that time, campers will return to the Camp Office and late fees of $15 for every 15 minutes late will accrue.
For classes that end earlier in the day, fees for late pickup will be assessed for campers who are not picked up 15 minutes beyond the conclusion of their programs.
CAMP WEEK BEGINNING JULY 3
There will be no camp the week of July 2 except for Course for Credit classes.
LUNCH & SNACK
Lunch is held daily from 12:00-12:30pm. Campers should bring a brown bag lunch each day. Lunches will not be refrigerated, so please pack accordingly.
Snack will be provided during morning and afternoon programs to campers in grades PreK-8.
There are also vending machines on campus for cold beverages and snacks for campers in grades 6-12.
Snack will also be provided at 4:15pm to students participating in Extended Afternoons.
All campers must provide updated medical information and forms before each camper’s first day of camp. Medical forms can be found on our website (SummerAtAIS.org) or forms from doctors’ offices are acceptable.
