REGISTRATION / PAYMENT
Visit SummerAtAIS.org to review options for registration and payment. Payment is accepted by check or credit card.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 must be submitted for each student with registration information. This deposit will be applied to the final tuition fee.
Full payment for all weeks is due by Friday, May 26, 2017.
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
After May 26, we will not refund payments for course changes or absences due to a change in plans, family vacation, or illness. Make up courses can be arranged by contacting the Camp Office.
If insufficient enrollment requires the cancellation of a course, all deposits and fees associated with that course will be refunded. Campers enrolled in canceled courses will be notified as soon as possible. In most cases, a week’s notice will be given. Refunds in these cases will be issued in August, to the individual who made the original payment. Please note that courses could be canceled a week prior to the start of each course.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Receive $10 off each course! Early Bird Rates apply until Friday, February 24. Full payment must be made by this date to receive discount. Discount does not apply to Specialty Camps, Athletic Clinics, and Courses for Credit.
FULL DAY DISCOUNT
Register for a full day of programming (a morning and afternoon camp or four 1.5 hour-courses) and receive a discount of $50! Discount does not apply to Specialty Camps, Courses for Credit, and the following Athletic Clinics: Girls’ Basketball, Coach Duck Girls’ Lacrosse, and Boys’ and Girls’ FCUSA Soccer.
LATE PICK UP
Fees for late pick up will be assessed for campers who are not picked up 15 minutes past the completion of their scheduled course. At that time, campers will return to the Camp Office and late fees of $15 for every 15 minutes late will accrue. Campers who remain on campus after 3:45 pm will be signed into Extended Afternoons and charged accordingly.
CAMP WEEK BEGINNING JULY 3
Camp is not in session on Tuesday, July 4, and the Camp Office will be closed. For camp programs scheduled this week: 1.5-hour courses will cost a prorated $130 instead of $150; morning and afternoon 3-hour programs will cost a prorated $250 instead of $300.
Course for Credit, Specialty Camps, and Athletic Clinics will not be prorated.
LUNCH & SNACK
Lunch is held daily from 12:00 – 12:30 pm. Campers should bring a brown bag lunch each day. Lunches will not be refrigerated, so please pack accordingly.
Snack will be provided during morning and afternoon programs to campers in grades PreK-5.
Vending machines on campus are available for purchase of cold beverages and snacks for campers in grades 6-12.
Snack will also be provided at 4:15 pm to students participating in Extended Afternoons.
All campers must provide updated medical information and forms before each camper’s first day of camp. Medical forms can be found on our website (SummerAtAIS.org) or forms from doctors’ offices are acceptable within one year.
