Regular Camp Hours
for grades PreK-8 are 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. Campers may be dropped off 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their programs.
Courses for Credit
run daily from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. Students may be dropped off as early as 8:15 am for these courses.
The Camp Office
is staffed from 7:45 am – 5:30 pm daily.

Early Bird Mornings and Extended Afternoons
Campers will be separated by age and given daily choices of activities: games, art projects, playground/outdoor time, computers, snack, movies, and more!
Early Bird Mornings run from 8:00 – 8:45 am.
Any PreK-8th grade camper dropped off during this time will be charged a flat daily rate of $7.
Extended Afternoons run from 3:30 – 5:30 pm.
PreK-8th grade campers will be charged as follows: pick up between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm – flat daily rate of $10; pick up between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm – flat daily rate of $15.
Our talented staff includes AIS faculty, local certified teachers, professional artists, and experienced coaches. We also employ student workers, who assist the staff in a variety of ways. All Summer at AIS staff members must complete a number of background checks, clearances, and trainings prior to beginning work in our program.

Class size is limited to meet the individual needs of each student. For most courses, there are no week minimums and weeks need not be consecutive (unless otherwise specified). Most classrooms are air-conditioned. Dress is casual. All grade requirements for classes and activities refer to the grade a student will enter in the fall of 2018. The Camp Office is staffed from 7:45am-5:30pm daily. The Camp Office will be staffed until 1:00pm during the week of July 2. Students are permitted on campus only when they are attending a program. There will be no camp the week of July 2 except for Course for Credit classes. There are no parent-teacher conferences for academic courses, but parents are welcome to contact the Camp Office with any questions.

Campers should be picked up immediately following their final course. Campers who remain on campus at 3:45pm will be signed into Extended Afternoons.
